The first visit to your home we will perform what we call a “Detail-Clean.”  This includes baseboards, inside windows, blinds, extra emphasis on kitchen and bathrooms, plus everything else that a regular visit includes, like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.

In order to preform the best service we can provide, we ask that you please:

  1. Remove all clutter so we can clean all surfaces.
  2. Place linens out and on top of beds so you have clean sheets until our next visit!
  3. Find a good spot for your pets where we won’t get in the way of them.  We love pets and want to make sure they are comfortable when we visit!

At Anita’s Cleaning we provide a superb level of cleaning. If for any reason we do not meet 100% of your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we will go and re-clean the area free of charge.

A team of professionals trained by Anita’s Cleaning will be arriving at your home. They are uniformed so you’ll know when they get there.

When determining an appropriate price, we preview the space and take into consideration the uniqueness of the home or office. To get an estimate, fill out the online form or call us at (980) 230-4864 so we can go to your home and determine the price. Anita herself will go and give you the best estimate possible.

Of course not, actually most of our customers would rather go out and spend time with their families, run errands, or work.

Payments are due the day of service. We ask our customers to please leave either the check or cash in a sealed envelope on a surface that is visible (ex. kitchen counter top, entrance of the home, mailbox, or any other safe place at home).  We are also developing an online payment system that should be available soon.

If anything arises that causes a conflict in your cleaning visit, just give us a call. We realize that some situations are just inevitable, but we do appreciate a 72 hour notice. Nonetheless, when shorter notice is given, we may charge a small fee.
